Our Impact.

Circle Leaders are central to the Circles model. They lead the change they want to see in their lives. Our hope is not only for Circle Leaders to become financially healthy, but also to expand their circles of support.

This change doesn’t happen in a vacuum. As Octavia E. Butler wrote, “All that you touch You Change. All that you Change Changes you.” Circle Leaders grow through their participation in Circles—and in turn, everyone who walks alongside them grows as well. Together, we deepen our understanding of what it means to be in community with one another and what it looks like to unite in the work of ending poverty.
